I Love Little Pussy

Its rather early for bedtime stories but we can do some rhymes! I found these, completely unabridged, in my little book of 365 Stories and Rhymes for Little Girls.
I Love Little Pussy
I love little pussy, her coat is so warm;
And if I don't hurt her, she'll do me no harm.
So I'll not pull her tail nor drive her away,
But pussy and I very gently will play.

Pussycat mole
Jumped over a coal,
And in her best petticoat
burnt a great hole.
Poor pussy's weeping,
she'll have no more milk,
Until her best petticoat's
mended with silk.

Pussycat, pussycat, where have you been?
I've been to London to visit the Queen.
Pussycat, pussycat, what did you there?
I frightened a little mouse under her chair.
Oh, there's another called 'I Love My Kitten' but I decided to use the word 'pussy' again 'cos it sounds WAAAAAY cuter.
I Love My Pussy
I love my pussy because she purrs softly when I stroke her.
She pounces on a ball of wool and rolls it between her paws.
She runs along the garden wall and leaps over the gate.
She washes her face by licking her soft padded paws.
She peeps through the pussy flap to see if her dinner is ready.
But I love her most of all when she sits with her tails curled all around her.
Ooh the fun things we're teaching our little girls these days.

oh btw, the problem with parsing comments (this window) I think it may be that it can not handle the ‘ character. I use a lot of contractions. The error message seemed to point to right after the ‘, so I removed each one. When all where gone – no error!
