Seass: I knew that line would come back and bite me in the bum! It wasn’t quite what I was trying to say, but I usually write on the fly, which is why I used the term “seems” when I refered to it.

I’ll try to rephase a litle - though this is writing on the fly as well.
Reading the article was one thing, but also reading the comments after (where CS was defending his stand) lead to that sort of impression. (At least to me).

I’ll take your word that it’s not what he was trying to say. Still, I think the world knows that BLOGS CAN be like Jeff’s et al. It’s just that people choose not to blog that way, and I think the storm that has come about is because a lot of people have felt that CS was trying to make out that it is ‘a superior way’ to blog. Clearly, each blog has it’s own agenda, and should be measured on it’s own merit as to what it is trying to acheive.

Hope that clarifies what I was trying to say a little.
