I’ve interviewed programmers who suck, too. And to think they had a high-flying degree from the UK, they’d be more analytical, or capable of spewing code without the help of a book.

I really can’t complain about actresses who get paid to be dumb. But then … Most of us can’t get paid to be smart either! *with whining like that …*

personally… from the interviews I have conducted… I really don’t care if they are local or overseas grad (maybe other companies do). I would say that a lot of Malaysians are brilliant. Fantastic academic results.

Zero personality… or zero attempt to make an impression maybe. From one person to the other… no one makes an impression. They all blend in… together and it is so hard to tell them apart.

However, once in a while… someone DOES shine so much brighter… and he/she gets hired. Not even based on academic results… it is most often personality.

wakakakakaka…. what a joke… whiner. dumb-s whining piece of sh*t. get a job. any job that gives you $ and experience will do. unless you’re born with a silver spoon in your mouth you cant really complain much… should be thankful you have a degree and can speak ‘Engrish’. think of all the SPM graduates that are out working now… do you see them complaining?

I am not a picky employer, I advertise and hope that ONE person will respond who actually wants the job (experience, qualifications irrelevant) then they are HIRED.
