Off to Kenyir, and others.
Following last week's visit to the coal-fired plants in Manjung and Kapar, I'll be off to Terengganu next week to see the hydroelectric dam at Kenyir.
Think about that! Three power stations in two weeks!!
My very first Amazon.com orders finally arrived on Monday, in perfect condition. Order the book How (Not) To Speak of God by Peter Rollins. I've been thinking about my leanings, and denomination, if any, and you know what? I quite believe that I'm closest to the Emergent Church. There, definitely controversial, almost heretic.
I do feel very comfortable with this label though.
I'm pathetically broke. PATHETICALLY. Because I've only been at this company for 6 months, I'm not layak to receive a bonus. I left my last company without waiting to receive my intensive… which makes it the third year in a row where I do not receive any extra salary apart from the usual 12-month-take in.
I wish someone would actually donate some money to my Paypal. And then write to me to tell me how to take that cash out.
Aihsh. So shameless. I take that back.
I quite believe it's about time to build up on my resolutions for 2007. I must get to that, like, right now.
Later.

But must you visit the Kenyir Dam during the monsoon? The Terengganu MNS group just went to Kenyir last week, it rained horribly, one of the boats broke down.. Ouh well.. Anyway, umbrellas and raincoats are a MUST, despite how the sky looks like when you were going out. Trust me, you’d feel like someone up there is playing catching with you, here in Terengganu *winks*

have a good power trip
as of paypal. hmm. well as you probly know you can spend the amount in the paypal account like an online wallet (as long as the site/online store supports paypayl). otherwise i believe you actually need a US banking account (or approved by Paypal anyway)
Note: Might be wrong on the last count tho. also checking that up myself currently.

know how it feels, chooks.
I seem to be so fond of switching jobs in september/october and this is my 3rd job acquired around that time! If I go ahead with my plans next year, I may be switching around october again! and having friends in the banking line for a few years receiving their fat bonuses isn’t helping. *hah!*

I’m reading Peter Rollins book right now. It’s totally refreshing!
the label “Emergent” maybe controversial … but the fact is those of us engaged in this conversation are pretty ordinary
Here’s my mini take on “the emerging church” which I wrote for a local magazine.
