Oh yes, I've been away, and I'm back again. And for once, I wish I was not in KL.
Batu Ferringhi's night-time bazaar is incredible. I blew over 200 bucks in a single hour. Luckily my guide AC brought me there late enough for me to want to run away to Gurney.

Oh no, it was not a holiday. Just another working trip, but I spent the night out up to 3 am, catching up with an old friend from the nether-days of varsity life.

On Tuesday I took up DiGi's offer to visit their office, and gratefully my boss allowed me to do it on company time. OMG OMG their office is incredible. Just imagine a place where bosses don't have rooms and where there are no cubicles. It's so google, and the fact that it's in boring, stiff Malaysia makes it all the more amazing!

Then again I suppose my colleagues from where I work at would freak if management decides to make a drastic make-over in the company structure to do what the folks at DiGi did yah?

I've got photos to prove it, but no time to sort it out yet. Wait hoh, patience, patience is a virtue.

9393 called me on Tuesday just before my trip to Penang to ask me if I was going for next Friday's Bloggers Together Gather event (happening at The Federal Hotel, mid-city KL). Eric was driving as I was yakking off in a mixture of English and Cantonese.
'You coming or not? Come lah, add to the festivities, we need your support…'
'Sure support, but come or not is another problem. See first lah. Cannot promise. Tomorrow I'll check my time table to see, I suspect I have another business trip next week lah…'

'Eh you say you support if you don't come how…'

'I don't dare to promise lah uncle, if I come I sure come one, that's me. 我的人不会乱答应出现，　要是放飞机就不好嘛，so 要来我一定call 你，不要答应来了又不出现，这样不好啦。。。'

When I ended the call my bf said, 'Wah lau you talk like super gangster queen leh… so gaya one… wah piang. If I come I will come, if I don't come I won't promise you… damn, you watch too many gangster shows adi.'
