I've been to three LA Kings (LA pro hockey team) games sitting right behind the glass and they weren't all that exciting. The only things that get the crowd excited are fights and brutal checks into the glass. I did see one guy get checked right through the glass once which was a bit disturbing, but luckily he seemed to be fine afterwards. Hockey games = highly overrated.
