Yeah, I know, that is being bitchy, but you could start by putting a note on the persons car and recording their number plate. If they do it a second time, get it towed. Some guy in a black camry parked at my reserved lot for numerous times, causing me much problems in finding another lot. after a while, I wrote him a simple note, saying the lot was a reserved one and he should not park in it. I came back to find my note on the floor near the lot. When I once moved into a new apartment block [back when I was married], we thought the parking spaces were numbered according to the Unit number, and someone kept parking in our spot. I was trying to be nice about it, but my wife kept telling me to go tell the person off who was parking in our spot. I just kept parking on the road and keeping the peace. After all, it was no big deal. Then, my wife started getting really angry at me, so she made me write a nasty letter [she dictated it], telling the person where to go and stuff. So, I then took the note down to the car and left it on their windscreen for them to find it later. But, I started to really stress about it, [because I hate saying or doing nasty things to anyone ... especially if it isn't really an inconvenience] and I pulled out the lease agreement and started reading, because I wanted to know EXACTLY what the agreement said. I discovered that anyone was allowed to park in any spot [so we didn't have an allocated spot. There just happened to be as many spots as apartments]. I went back down to get the letter back, but the car was gone! OOOOooooops! I felt really embarrassed about it whenever I ran into the owner ... I just hope he didn't know who wrote the note.
