Alamak nak Protes pun pergilah tempat betul

First.. I am NOT against a demonstration of people's opinions through rallies. Some rallies are necessary, I believe, however I believe that there are more effective ways than calling for mob demonstrations.
But some rallies are necessary, useful and have the right message. The Bersih rally, the Walk for Justice, stuff like that, I can support.
But the call to gather at the Petronas Twin Towers on June 12 July 12 is as equally WTF as the ruling coalition's decision to ban and unban sale of petrol to foreigners.
The very first thing that crossed my mind when I saw was, 'WHY PETRONAS TWIN TOWERS?
…
Because the last I read, the last I heard, it wasn't Petronas who said that price of oil will be RM2.70. I thought it was the Prime Minister. The last I read, it wasn't Petronas talked about the crazy banning and unbanning scheme, it was ministers like Datuk Shahrir and etc. The last I heard, it wasn't only Petronas that would be selling gas at RM2.70. And the last I saw, Esso, Mobil, Shell and BhP petrol stations also charge RM2.70 mah.
Why lah go and protest at Petronas?
…
Oi wanna protest also protest properly can ah?
If you wanna protest at the Twin Towers, hey let's all go to the Exxon-Mobil Building, and the Shell Building and BhP Building, cos they're also selling petrol at crazy prices… Shell even worse, since they offer something call V-power…which will definitely go above the RM2.70 marked price.
But no… the call to the 100,000 people is to gather at Petronas to protest.
…
Sorry but I just had to say this: oi bodoh. Harga minyak bukan ditetapkan Petronas lah BODOH! Nak protes pun pergi lah tempat betul!
(Btw, if you're bothered, go count the number of petrol stations in the country, and think about how many of them belong to Petronas. Isn't it funny that we seem to have forgotten that the additional 0.78 sen also goes to companies like Esso, Mobil and Shell?)
