What’s worse?

A confused subordinate?

Or a very haphazard superior?

8 years since I joined the workforce, and I am still trying, wondering.

  1. A very haphazard superior, because you can always (patiently) explain to the confused subordinate, and overtime s/he will “get it”.

    LOL.

  2. Haphazard superior is better. Because that way, you can always confuse him / her into doing what you want. Confused subordinate can be really useless for a really long time no matter how much you explain or try.

  3. haphazard superior. coz at least you have the power to change the subordinate to a less confused one.

  4. For me, it goes without saying that a haphazard superior is worse. Think from this perspective: Don’t you agree that the subordinate is always confused as the superior has been behaving haphazardly since time immemorial?…

  5. Haphazard superior is better.

  6. The workforce of the world is full of both haphazardous supervisors/directors and the confused subordinates.

You can choose to be an informed subordinate.

  7. It’s a lethal combination..

A confused subordinate working for a haphazard superior.

    :)
