Resuming normalcy

Well, Eric and I made it back to the movies after a good four months of hiatus from cinema-going. The last time I visited a GSC or Cineleisure or TGV was for Avatar (or was it Sherlock Holmes? – can't recall). We left the kid at our house, and my mom came over to babysit him with the maid. By the time I returned home, it was about 9 pm, and from the gate I could see my mom prancing up and down the living room with a wailing Paul who refused any milk or other pacifying efforts. Rushing in, my mom promptly plunked baby into my laps who immediately stopped crying and started to grin toothlessly from ear to ear.
SO NOW HE KNOWS WHO I AM!
…
But hey, at least now Eric and I can still have our pakthor moments.
…
Now, dear God, about my weight and the additional 10+ kgs that's still gathering in folds around my shoulders, belly and thighs, can You, please, like intervene, and help me melt those fats soon? Please? I don't want to go shopping for Plus-Size stuff yet, and please please please melt them fast, can?

I have a friend with an 8 month old baby, and she lost 15kg.
Asked her secret she said: Breastfeeding.
She also is active, not in the exercising sense, but just in the way she carries out her daily life.
You will definitely lose what you have to, but it just takes a bit of time.. like they all say, it took nine months to put it on, can’t expect it to dissolve so fast!

Oh…did not received your reply on email (AW), thus, drop in (via website) to say hi
I am indeed grateful that I bump into a coach who is now my friend earlier this year. Both my wife and I have been carrying extra baggage since we are back in our hometown. In fact I suspect I suffered severe lumbar back pain due to excess baggage.
Thankful we met up with this friend of ours and after just 12 weeks both of us are lighter, stronger and younger. We still did not go back to our previous weight even now is after 7 months.
Yup, good friends are hard to come by especially on health concerns.

Claire,
When you realize a baby knows you as the mother, I have been told by many women, that this is one of lifes great little moments, one that only women know.
Stay active, eat a healthy diet, and the folds and extra weight will go away. Unless you can afford a personal trainer like many celebreties have, you will not have you pre-pregancy body back in just a few months.
